В настоящее время при неотложных состояниях преимуществом пользуются внутривенные формы. Многочисленные исследования доказывают высокую клиническую эффективность и безопасность назначения внутривенных форм нитратов при остром коронарном синдроме, острой сердечной недостаточности, острой декомпенсации хронической сердечной недостаточности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Nitrates are widely used in cardiology since XIX century. In modern urgent cardiology, intravenous nitrates are administered most often.
