Изучить динамику рефлекторных вегетативных проб (РВП) в ходе санаторного этапа реабилитации у больных неосложненным инфарктом миокарда (ИМ).Материал и методы. Обследованы 106 мужчин, средний возраст 48,6±1,0 лет, через 44,3±3,2 дня после перенесенного ИМ, до и после санаторного этапа реабилитации. Оценивали показатели вариабельности сердечного ритма (ВСР) при суточном мониторировании электрокардиограммы (СМЭКГ), на ЭКГ в покое и при выполнении активной ортостатической пробы (АОП) и пробы с контролируемой частотой дыхания (ПКЧД), а также динамику толерантности к физической нагрузке (ТФН) и параметры эхокардиографии.Результаты. После курса реабилитации отмечалось возрастание низкочастотного компонента спектра ВСР как в покое на коротком участке ЭКГ – на 19 % для абсолютных значений (p=0,06) и на 5 % для нормализованных (p=0,08), так и особенно при АОП на 27,3 % (р=0,015) и 6,2 % (р=0,011), соответственно. Результаты ПКЧД заметно не менялись в ходе лечения. ТФН на велоэргометре выросла на 10,1 %; снизились  конечно6систолический и диастолический объемы левого желудочка на 8,7 % и 6,6 % соответственно, размеры асинергии – на 6,0 %; увеличилась фракция выброса левого желудочка на 6,1 %. Адекватность предложенного курса реабилитации подтверждалась также некоторым снижением после него средней частоты сердечных сокращений и количества желудочковых экстрасистол при СМ ЭКГ.Заключение. Полученные данные помогут в использовании показателей ВСР для оценки результатов физической реабилитации, подбора ее оптимальных программ и их индивидуализации.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim. To study dynamics of vegetative reflex tests (VRT) during sanatorium rehabilitation in patients with noncomplicated myocardial infarction (MI).Material and methods. In total, 106 men (mean age 48,6±1,0 years) were examined 44,3±3,2 days after MI, beforeand after sanatorium6based rehabilitation. Heart rate variability (HRV) was assessed during 24-hour electrocardiography (ECG), ECG at rest, active orthostatic test (AOT) and controlled breath rate test (CBRT). Physical stress tolerability (PST) and echocardiography parameters were also assessed.Results. After rehabilitation course, low frequency HRV component was increased in rest ECG (by 19 % for absolute values (p=0,06), by 5 % for normalized values (p=0,08)) and during AOT (by 27,3 % (р=0,015) and 6,2 % (р=0,011), respectively). CBRT results remained the same. Veloergometry PST increased by 10,1 %, end-systolic and end-diastolic left ventricular (LV) volumes decreased by 8,7 % and 6,6 %, respectively, asynergic area reduced by 6,0 %, and LV ejection fraction increased by 6,1 %. Rehabilitation adequacy was also confirmed by some decrease in mean HR and ventricular extrasystole rate during 246hour ECG monitoring.Conclusion.
