Оценить частоту сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний (ССЗ) у женщин с нарушениями углеводного обмена в климактерии.Материал и методы. В исследование случай-контроль на условиях добровольного информированного согласия были включены 468 женщин в климактерии, медиана возраста 54,0 года. Основную группу составили 234 женщины, у которых диагностированы: высокая гликемия натощак (ВГН) – 133 пациентки, нарушение толерантности к глюкозе (НТГ) – 46, сахарный диабет 2 типа – 55 женщин. В контрольную группу вошли 234 женщины без нарушений углеводного обмена, подобранные по возрасту и продолжительности постменопаузы. Изучали антропометрические параметры, показатели липидного обмена, диагностировали артериальную гипертонию (АГ), ишемическую болезнь сердца (ИБС), хроническую сердечную недостаточность (ХСН), регистрировали документированные перенесенные нарушения мозгового кровообращения и инфаркты миокарда.Результаты. В основной группе женщины достоверно чаще имели абдоминальное ожирение, АГ, ИБС, ХСН, стойкую утрату трудоспособности. У женщин основной группы значимо тяжелее были клинические проявления климактерического синдрома. Достоверно более высокая частота ИБС и ХСН обнаружена у лиц с ВГН по сравнению с женщинами без нарушений углеводного обмена.Заключение. Нарушения углеводного обмена у женщин в климактерии увеличивают частоту развития ССЗ и утяжеляют течение климактерического синдрома.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim. To assess cardiovascular disease (CVD) prevalence in climacteric women with carbohydrate metabolism disturbances.Material and methods. The case-control study included 468 climacteric women (median age 54,0 years) giving their informed consent. The main group included 234 women with fasting hyperglycemia, FHG (n=133), impaired glucose tolerance, IGT (n=46), and Type 2 diabetes mellitus, DM-2 (n=55). The control group included 234 women without carbohydrate metabolism disturbances, matched by age and post-menopause duration. Anthropometric and lipid profile parameters were measured, arterial hypertension (AH), coronary heart disease (CHD), chronic heart failure (CHF) were registered, as well as strokes and myocardial infarctions in anamnesis.RESULTS. In the main group, prevalence of abdominal obesity, AH, CHD, CHF, and chronic disability was significantly higher. Main group participants also had substantially more severe climacteric syndrome. In FHG females, CHD and CHF were significantly more prevalent than in women with undisturbed carbohydrate metabolism.Conclusion.
