Оценить состояние стенки сосудов среднего калибра методом объемной компрессионной осциллометрии у пациентов с артериальной гипертонией (АГ) и различными вариантами ремоделирования левого желудочка (ЛЖ). Материал и методы. В исследование включены 112 больных (44 мужчины, средний возраст 53,5±11,1 лет) АГ и воспроизводимым индексом массы миокарда ЛЖ (ИММЛЖ) &gt;100 г/м2 при эхокардиографии. Состояния стенки плечевой артерии (ПА) оценивалось методом объемной компрессионной осциллометрии. Результаты. Корреляционный анализ выявил достоверную взаимосвязь между ИММЛЖ и уровнями систолического и пульсового артериального давления (r=0,28 и r=0,29, р&lt;0,01), присутствие гипертрофии ЛЖ (ГЛЖ) ассоциировалось с наименьшим диаметром просвета ПА (ДПА). Пациенты с концентрической ГЛЖ характеризовались достоверно меньшим ДПА по сравнению с эксцентрической, большей скоростью линейного кровотока и модулем объемной упругости, низким коэффициентом деформации сосудистой стенки, достоверно более высокими значениями общего периферического сосудистого сопротивления. Заключение. Вариант ремоделирования ЛЖ может быть взаимосвязан с показателями, отражающими вязкоэластические свойства сосудов среднего калибра.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim. To assess middle-size vessel wall status, by volume compression oscillometry method, in patients with arterial hypertension (AH) and various variants of left ventricular (LV) remodeling. Material and methods. The study included 112 patients (44 males; mean age 53.5±11.1 years) with AH and reproducible LV myocardial mass index (LVMMI) &gt;100 g/m2 at echocardiography. Brachial artery (BA) wall status was assessed by volume compressive oscillometry method. Results. LVMMI significantly correlated with levels of systolic and pulse blood pressure (BP) (r=0.28 and r=0.29, р&lt;0.01). LV hypertrophy (LVH) was associated with minimal BA lumen diameter (BAD). Compared to eccentric LVH, concentric LVH was characterized by lower BAD and vascular wall deformation coefficient, as well as by increased linear blood flow velocity, volume elasticity module, total peripheral vascular resistance. Conclusion.
