Оценить факторы риска (ФР) и поражение органов-мишеней (ПОМ) у мужчин трудоспособного возраста со стресс-индуцированной артериальной гипертонией (АГ). Материал и методы. В исследовании участвовали 100 мужчин. Все они имели повышенное артериальное давление (АД) &gt; 140/90 мм рт.ст. Эту группу составили машинисты и помощники машинистов, в контрольную группу (n=40) включены мужчины, монтеры путей, для проведения психоментального теста (ПМТ). Методы исследования включали общее обследование, лабораторное и инструментальное, проведение ПМТ. Результаты. Обнаружен высокий процент ПОМ у пациентов с нормальными цифрами АД. Суточное мониторирование АД (СМАД) показало различие средних цифр АД на рабочем месте и в выходной день, что свидетельствует о наличии стресс-индуцированной АГ. Психоэмоциональные нагрузочные тесты обладают высокой чувствительностью в оценке уровня стресс-реактивности у лиц с профессионально высоким уровнем стресса и позволяют выделить группы риска развития АГ. Заключение. Для ранней диагностики и выбора адекватной терапии у лиц с высокой психоэмоциональной нагрузкой обязательны не только контроль ФР и ПОМ, но и СМАД на рабочем месте и в выходной день, проведение ПМТ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To investigate risk factors (RF) and target organ damage (TOD) prevalence in working-age men with stressinduced arterial hypertension (AH). Material and methods. The study included 100 males, working as machinists and machinist assistants, with blood pressure (BP) above 140/90 mm Hg. Control group included males working as railway assemblers (n=40). General physical, laboratory, and instrumental examinations were performed, including psycho-mental test (PMT). Results. TOD was quite prevalent among normotensive males. Twenty-four hour BP monitoring (BPM) demonstrated the difference in mean BP levels at workplace and during weekend, that confirmed stress-induced AH diagnosis. Psychoemotional stress tests are highly sensitive in stress reactivity assessment among individuals with high professional stress levels. These tests can help in identifying AH risk groups. Conclusion.
