Показано, что назначение ингибитора ангиотензин-превращающего фермента зофеноприла больным острым инфарктом миокарда на протяжении шести недель ведет к 29% снижению смертности на протяжении одного года наблюдения. Отмечено, что зофеноприл безопасен и хорошо переносится больными острым инфарктом миокарда. Рассмотрены продолжающиеся исследования с этим препаратом.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The results of randomized clinical trials comprising SMILE (The Survival of Myocardial Infarction Long term Evaluation) Project were analyzed. Six-week therapy with an ACE inhibitor zofenopril in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients resulted in one-year mortality reduction by 29%. Xofenopril was safe and well-tolerated in AMI patients.
