В статье рассматривается проблема приверженности больных артериальной гипертонией и ишемической болезнью сердца лечению. Анализируются различные аспекты приверженности лечению, связанные с пациентами, врачами, особенностями заболевания и характером рекомендаций как медикаментозных, так и немедикаментозных.

The article is devoted to a problem of arterial hypertension and coronary heart disease treatment compliance. Various compliance aspects, related to patients, doctors, disease characteristics, pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical recommendations, are analyzed.
