Обсуждаются эффекты нитратов, приводятся клинические данные и современные рекомендации по их назначению при стенокардии, остром инфаркте миокарда, сердечной недостаточности, артериальной гипертензии. Большое внимание уделено механизмам развития толерантности к нитратам и методам борьбы с этим негативным явлением. Современные ретардные формы, в т.ч. изосорбида динитрата, имеют ряд преимуществ: в первую очередь существенно меньшую вероятность развития толерантности и отсутствие синдрома «рикошета» после отмены.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The authors review therapeutic action mechanisms of nitrates and their use in cardiology practice. Nitrate effects are discussed, clinical data and modern recommendations on nitrate treatment in angina, acute myocardial infarction, heart failure, and arterial hypertension are presented. Nitrate tolerance mechanisms and their prevention are emphasized.
