Изучить состояние жесткости сосудистой стенки у лиц молодого возраста для определения роли раннего ремоделирования сосудов в генезе артериальной гипертонии (АГ) у молодых. Материал и методы. Обследован 291 человек: 169 нормотоников и 122 больных АГ в возрасте 16-34 лет. Всем пациентам выполнена объемная сфигмография (VaSera-1000, «Fukuda Denshi», Япония), определялись основные показатели артериального давления (АД) в бассейнах верхних и нижних конечностей и жесткость сосудов эластического и мышечного типов. Результаты. В юношеском и молодом возрасте высокая жесткость сосудов эластического типа определена у 13,6% нормотоников и у 50% больных АГ, высокая жесткость сосудов мышечного типа отмечена у 11,2% нормотоников и 35 больных АГ. При систоло-диастолической АГ наблюдается увеличение жесткости сосудов мышечного типа, а при изолированной систолической гипертонии (ИСАГ) молодых – увеличение жесткости сосудов только эластического или эластического и мышечного типов. Около половины юношей с ИСАГ имеют повышение АД только на руках – «ложная гипертония». Заключение. Раннее ремоделирование сосудов играет существенную роль в формировании АГ молодого возраста.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim. To investigate vascular wall stiffness in young patients, for examining early vascular remodeling role in arterial hypertension (AH) pathogenesis in young age. Material and methods. The study included 291 individuals: 169 normotensives and 122 AH patients aged 16-34 years. All participants underwent volume sphygmography (VaSera-1000, «Fukuda Denshi», Japan), blood pressure (BP) measurement in upper and lower extremity basins, elastic and muscular vessel elasticity assessment. Results. In young age, high elastic vessel stiffness was observed in 13.6% of normotensives, and in 50% of AH patients. For muscular vessels, this parameter was 11.2% and 35%, respectively. In systolo-diastolic AH, muscular vessel stiffness increased, in isolated systolic AH (ISAH) – elastic or elastic and muscular vessel stiffness is increased. About 50% of young ISAH individuals had increased BP on upper extremities only – «pseudo-hypertension». Conclusion.
