Статья посвящена оценке относительного риска (ОР) смерти от ишемической болезни сердца (ИБС), мозгового инсульта (МИ), сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний (ССЗ) в целом и общей смертности (ОС) у женщин в связи с курением, употреблением алкоголя и уровнем образования. Установлено, что среди бросивших курить и курящих ОР смертности достоверно выше; величина ОР, связанного с курением женщин, носит дозозависимый характер. ОР смертности от ССЗ, ИБС и ОС понижался среди женщин редко и мало употреблявших алкоголь. Однако у лиц, умеренно употреблявших алкоголь, величина ОР возрастала, сравниваясь по величине с группами часто и много употреблявших алкоголь. ОР смертности от ССЗ и других заболеваний у женщин имел обратную зависимость от статуса образования: при высоком уровне образования величина ОР смерти была существенно ниже, чем у лиц со средним и более низким уровнем образования.

The authors assess relative risk (RR) of coronary heart disease (CHD), stroke (S), cardiovascular disease (CVD), and total mortality, according to smoking status, alcohol intake, and educational level in women. In ex-smokers and current smokers, mortality RR was significantly and dose-dependently increased. In occasional and low-dose drinkers, RR of CVD, CHD, and total mortality was reduced. At the same time, in moderate drinkers, RR was similar to that in frequent and high-dose drinkers. Mortality RR was inversely linked to educational level: in highly educated women, RR was substantially lower than in participants with lower educational levels.
