Цель. Изучить качество жизни (КЖ), связанное со здоровьем, психологический статус и взаимосвязь этих параметров с факторами риска (ФР) сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний (ССЗ) у работников сферы образования и науки для определения целесообразности и приоритетов профилактики ССЗ в организованном коллективе.

Материал и методы

Материал и методы. Проведено профилактическое обследование работников в двух организованных коллективах бюджетной сферы, для оценки психоэмоционального (ПЭ) статуса и КЖ, связанного со здоровьем. Исследование выполняли в рамках программы дополнительной диспансеризации, которая была расширена за счет включения комплексного анкетирования по специально подобранному набору опросников: HADS (оценка тревоги и депрессии), Ридера (оценка стресса) и SF-36 – КЖ.

Результаты

Результаты. Выявлена высокая распространенность тревожно-депрессивных расстройств на рабочем месте, что позволяет прогнозировать повышение риска развития ССЗ. Имеет место прямая ассоциация большинства традиционных ФР с выраженностью депрессивных расстройств. В обследованных организованных коллективах существенно различались КЖ, связанное со здоровьем, и некоторые параметры ПЭ статуса. Одной из причин такого различия могли быть условия и социальное окружение на рабочем месте.

Заключение

Заключение. Первым этапом профилактических вмешательств с целью укрепления здоровья работников должны быть мероприятия, направленные на коррекцию ПЭ факторов и КЖ; это повысит приверженность коррекции традиционных ФР.

Aim

Aim. To study health-related quality of life (QoL), psychological status, and their associations with cardiovascular (CVD) risk factors (RFs) in education and science professionals, to specify the priorities of CVD prevention in organized collectives of intellectual workers.

Material and methods

Material and methods. This preventive examination of two organized collectives of education and research workers assessed psycho-emotional status and health-related QoL. The examination was performed as a part of extended dispanserisation programme and included questionnaire survey, using such scales as HADS (anxiety and depression assessment), Reeder scale (stress assessment), and SF-36 (QoL).

Results

Results. The high prevalence of anxiety and depressive disorders pointed to increased CVD risk. Most traditional RFs positively correlated with depressive disorder severity. The two collectives examined were significantly different in terms of health-related QoL and some parameters of psycho-emotional stress. This could be partly explained by different workplace settings and social circumstances.

Conclusion

Conclusion. In intellectual workers, CVD prevention should start with psycho-emotional and QoL correction, which could also improve the compliance to traditional RF correction.
