Увеличение количества операций КШ в России сопряжено с необходимостью активного внедрения методов, улучшающих ближайшие и отдаленные результаты этих вмешательств. В механизмах развития стенозирующего процесса в шунтирующем материале опосредованную роль играет система хемокинов. Вторичная профилактика ИБС включает борьбу с факторами риска, применение антиагрегантов, β-адреноблокаторов (β-АБ), гиполипидемических средств и ингибиторов ангиотензин-превращающего фермента. В последние годы проведен целый ряд исследований, позволяющих рассматривать w-3 полиненасыщенные жирные кислоты в качестве дополнительного средства для улучшения исходов оперативного лечения ИБС.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article contains present and possible promising methods for improving prognosis in coronary heart disease (CHD) patients after coronary bypass surgery (CBS). Increasing CBS rates in Russia requires active implementation of methods improving short and long-term prognosis. Bypass stenosis mechanisms involve chemokine system. Secondary CHD prevention includes risk factor control, anti-aggregant, beta-adrenoblocker, lipid-lowering, and ACE inhibitor therapy.
