Эти стенты демонстрируют хорошие клинические результаты, высокую эффективность  и безопасность. Однако до конца не решен вопрос профилактики рестенозов и поздних тромбозов стентов. Рассматриваются вопросы антитромбоцитарного лечения (Аспирин, клопидогрел) и ведения больных после ЧКВ при использовании покрытых и непокрытых стентов. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The introduction of drug-eluting stents has been a major achievement of interventional cardiology. These stents  demonstrate good clinical effectiveness and safety profile. However, prevention of restenosis and late stent thrombosis remains an important problem.
