Изучить особенности движения миокарда в области предсердно-желудочкового соединения (ПЖС), у больных с персистирующей фибрилляцией предсердий (ПФП).</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В основную группу включены 34 пациента с ПФП. В группу сравнения вошли 20 больных ишемической болезнью сердца (ИБС) без перенесенного инфаркта миокарда, не страдающие аритмиями. Группу контроля составили 20 практически здоровых людей. Кроме общеклинического обследования проводили эхокардиографию в режиме Doppler Tissue Imaging (DTI). Исследовались различия в скоростях движений нижнего сегмента межпредсердной перегородки и верхнего сегмента межжелудочковой перегородки (условно названные асинхронизмом) вдоль продольной оси сердца в различные фазы сердечного цикла.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Степень выраженности асинхронизма незначительно зависела от стандартных характеристик систолической и диастолической функции миокарда. У больных ИБС вне зависимости от нарушения ритма по сравнению со здоровыми лицами асинхронизм движения был достоверно меньшим в периоды изоволюмического расслабления и пассивного наполнения желудочков. У больных с сочетанием ИБС и ПФП асинхронизм был выражен еще меньше; в основном это касалось периодов предизгнания и изгнания.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Полученные результаты отражают выявляемые при морфологических исследованиях фибротические изменения в ПЖС при ФП и демонстрируют диагностические возможности метода DTI.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To investigate myocardial kinetics in atrio-ventricular junction (AVJ) area among patients with persistent atrial fibrillation (PAF).</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The main group included 34 patients with PAF, the comparison group - 20 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) without myocardial infarction or arrhythmias in anamnesis, the control group -20 healthy people. General clinical examination and Doppler tissue imaging (DTI) echocardiography were performed. The difference in velocity of lower interatrial septum segment and upper interventricular septum segment (asynchronism) along longitudinal cardial axis in various cardiac cycle phases was studied. Univariate dispersion and non-parametric correlation methods were used for statistical analysis.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Asynchronism severity was weakly related to standard parameters of systolic and diastolic myocardial function. In CHD patients, regardless of arrhythmia type, asynchronism was significantly less manifested during ventricular isovolumic relaxation (+ and - waves) and passive filling periods, comparing to healthy individuals. Similar tendencies were observed for other cardiac cycle phases. In patients with CHD and PAF, asynchronism was even less manifested, observed mainly in pre-ejection and ejection periods.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
