Описаны история вопроса, точка зрения ведущих медицинских обществ и ассоциаций по использованию рационов, различных по жировому составу, в первичной и вторичной профилактике ишемической болезни сердца. Приведены результаты исследований и их мета-анализов, оценивающих влияние жирных кислот различной длины, конфигурации и насыщенности в питании на риск развития сердечно-сосудистых событий.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper reviews the modern literature on the role of dietary lipids in the development and control of hypercholesterolemia, as a diet-dependent cardiovascular risk factor. The author presents historical evidence and the position of leading medical professional bodies on the use of diets with different lipid components in primary and secondary prevention of coronary heart disease.
