Изучить гиполипидемическую эффективность и безопасность генерического ловастатина (Кардиостатин®). Материал и методы. В открытое, кооперативное исследование включены 90 больных ишемической болезнью сердца с гиперхолестеринемией до 10 ммоль / л. Больные получали Кардиостатин® в дозах 20 мг / сут., далее при необходимости 40 мг / сут. и 80 мг / сут. Исследовали динамику содержания в сыворотке крови общего холестерина, холестерина липопротеидов низкой плотности (ХС ЛНП), холестерина липопротеидов высокой плотности, триглицеридов и печеночных ферментов. Изучали изменения уровней С-реактивного белка (СРБ) в крови. Результаты. Кардиостатин® влияет на уровень липидных фракций крови в тех же пределах, что и оригинальный ловастатин. Целевой уровень ХС ЛНП (&lt;2,5 ммоль / л) достигнут у 68,8% больных. У пациентов с повышенным уровнем СРБ произошло достоверное снижение этого показателя. Заключение. Кардиостатин® обладает выраженными гиполипидемическими свойствами и снижает повышенный уровень СРБ. Кардиостатин® может быть рекомендован для лечения дислипидемий и заболеваний атеросклеротического генеза.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim. To study hypolipidemic effectiveness and safety of generic lovastatin (Cardiostatin®). Material and methods. This open, cooperative study included 90 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and hypercholesterolemia (&lt;10 mmol/l). All patients received Cardiostatin® in the dose of 20 mg/d, increased up to 40-80 mg/d, if needed. Dynamics of total cholesterol (TCH), low-density lipoprotein CH (LDL-CH), high-density lipoprotein CH (HDL-CH), triglycerides, hepatic enzymes, and C-reactive protein (CRP) levels was studied. Results. Cardiostatin® improved lipid profile to the same extent as original lovastatin. Target TCH level (&lt;2,5 mmol/l) was achieved in 68,8% of the patients. In participants with initially increased CRP level, it had significantly reduced. Conclusion. Cardiostatin® demonstrated good hypolipidemic effects, at the same time reducing increased CRP level.
