Обследованы 2177 мужчин 40-59 лет, соста­вивших 72,3% от проживающих в одном из районов г Челябинска. К здоровым отнесли 398 человек, для дальнейшего исследования отобраны 174 чел. (50%), 40 мужчин отказались от участия в проек­те. В течение 30 лет наблюдались 134 чел. Всем участникам опре­деляли уровни общего холестерина, холестерина липопротеинов низкой плотности, ХС ЛВП, другие биохимические показатели. Конечной точкой в проспективном наблюдении являлся факт смер­ти. Статистическая обработка проводилась с помощью пакета при­кладных программ Excel, STATISTICA10.0, SPSS17.0. Определяли показатели смертности с вычислением 95% доверительного интер­вала. Оценка функции выживаемости при различных уровнях ХС ЛВП в диапазоне значений от 0,3 до 2,0 ммоль/л проводилась по методу Каплана-Майера. Доверительные полосы функций выжи­ваемости строились на основе непараметрического критерия Колмогорова-Смирнова. Изучалась регрессионная зависимость времени жизни индивида когорты от уровня ХС ЛВП с использова­нием модели Кокса.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Функции 30-летней выживаемости у практически здо­ровых мужчин 40-59 лет демонстрируют четкую зависимость от уровня ХС ЛВП. Уровень ХС ЛВП 1,7 ммоль/л ассоциируется с наиболее благоприятными характеристиками функции 30-летней выживаемости. Указанный уровень ХС ЛВП является желательным у данного контингента лиц.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Функция выживаемости демонстрирует величину экспозиции заданного уровня ХС ЛВП, а также начало, длитель­ность и окончание периода статистически достоверного повыше­ния выживаемости по сравнению и с более низкими значениями изученного параметра.</p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim. To estimate the relation of the 30-year survival equation and levels of high-density cholesterol (HDL) in almost healthy men 40-59 years old and to define based on this data the optimal level of HDL for that category of persons.</p><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. Totally 2177 men studied at the age 40-59 y., that were 72,3% of all inhabitants of Chelyabinsk districts. As healthy were 398 marked, and for further study 174 persons selected (50%), of 40 refused to participate. During 30 years, we followed 134 men. All participants underwent the assessments of total cholesterol, low- density cholesterol, HDL, other biochemical parameters. As endpoint, we regarded the death. Statistics was done with Excel, STATISTICA 10.0, SPSS 17.0 software. We measured mortality rates with 95% confidence intervals. Survival equation by different levels of HDL in the range 0,3-2,0 mmol/l was done by the Kaplan-Meyer method. Confidence rows of survival were built-up with non-parametric criteria of Kolmogorov- Smirnov. The regression dependence was studied for the life duration of an individ and the level of HDL using Cox model. Results. Thirty-year mortality equations in almost healthy men of 40-59 y.o. demonstrate clear dependence on the HDL level. The level of HDL 1,7 mmol/l is associated with the most positive parameters of 30-year survival. The mentioned HDL level is desirable for this category of persons.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
