Цель. Изучить распространенность предгипертензии (предАГ), сопутствующих факторов риска (ФР) и ассоциированных клинических состояний (АКС) у мужчин молодого и среднего возрастов, офицеров по контракту сухопутных войск Дальневосточного военного округа (ДВО).

Материал и методы

Материал и методы. Обследованы 1250 мужчин, средний возраст 33,0±0,22 года, военнослужащих по контракту сухопутных войск ДВО, отклик составил 95,7% (n=1197). Исследование проводили путем опроса, измерения артериального давления (АД), антропометрии и выборки данных из медицинской документации с последующим заполнением “Карты лица участвующего в мониторировании АД”.

Результаты

Результаты. Среди мужчин молодого возраста преобладали лица с оптимальным и нормальным АД. Высокое нормальное АД встречалось примерно у одного из 10 человек. Таким образом, лица с предАГ составили 612 человек (74,73%). Избыточная масса тела (МТ) или ожирение, а также гиперхолестеринемиия достоверно чаще наблюдались у пациентов с предАГ. Средний индекс МТ и содержание общего холестерина также было выше у лиц с предАГ. Среди мужчин с предАГ 381 (62,25%) имел низкий, а 13 человек (2,12%) умеренный сердечно-сосудистый риск.

Заключение

Заключение. ПредАГ широко распространена среди мужчин молодого возраста, офицеров по контракту ДВО. Учитывая характер их деятельности и наличие в большом проценте ФР, данная группа людей требует к себе повышенного внимания со стороны медицинской службы Вооруженных сил.

Aim

Aim. To study the prevalence of arterial pre-hypertension (pre-AH), its risk factors (RFs) and associated clinical states (ACS) in young and middle-aged male officers — contract workers in the Far East Military Region (FEMR).

Material and methods

Material and methods. In total, 1250 men — contract workers in the FEMR were examined (mean age 33,0±0,22 years), with 95,7% response rate (n=1197). The examination included questionnaire survey, blood pres­sure (BP) measurement, anthropometry and medical history analysis, with the following completion of the “BP monitoring participant chart”.

Results

Results. Among young men, most participants had optimal or normal BP. High normal BP was registered in every 10 th person. It total, 612 individuals were diagnosed with pre-AH (74,73%). Overweight (OW), obesity, and hyper­cholesterolemia were significantly more prevalent in pre-AH patients. Mean body mass index and total cholesterol levels were also higher in pre-AH individuals. Among pre-AH patients, 381 (62,25%) had low cardiovascular risk, and 13 (2,12%) — moderate cardiovascular risk.
