Оценить гиполипидемическую эффективность генерика аторвастатина у пациентов с разными фенотипами гиперлипидемии (ГЛП) в открытом, сравнительном, краткосрочном (4-недельном) исследовании.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Были сформированы 2 группы больных — с изолированной гиперхолестеринемией (ГХС) с нормальным уровнем триглицеридов (ТГ) натощак (n=25) и комбинированной ГЛП при уровне ТГ&gt;1,7 ммоль/л (n=26). Лечение проводилось аторвастатином в дозе 20 мг/сут. Уровни общего холестерина (ОХС), ТГ и ХС липопротеидов высокой плотности (ЛВП) в сыворотке крови определяли стандар­тными ферментативными методами. Эффективность препарата оценивали по степени снижения уровня ХС липопротеидов низкой плотности (ЛНП) и ТГ плазмы от исходного уровня.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В обеих группах больных препарат вызывал достоверное снижение уровня ХС ЛНП сыво­ротки на 34-36,4%, без статистически значимых межгрупповых отличий, однако его гипотриглицеридемический эффект у пациентов с исходно более высоким уровнем ТГ был достоверно выше, чем у лиц с нормальным уровнем ТГ — 27,1% и 12,9%, соответственно (p=0,027).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Холестерин-понижающий эффект генерика аторвастатина в дозе 20 мг/сут. у пациентов с ГЛП IIa и IIb типов был одинаковым, тогда как гипотриглицеридемическая активность препарата зависела от фенотипа ГЛП и была выше у пациентов с исходно более высоким содержанием ТГ.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To assess lipid-lowering effectiveness of generic atorvastatin in patients with various hyperlipidaemia (HLP) phenotypes in an open, short-term (four weeks) study.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. All participants were divided into two groups — with isolated hypercholesterolemia (HCH) and normal fasting triglycerides, (n=25), and with combined HLP and TG levels &gt;1,7 mmol/l (n=26). Atorvastain dose was 20 mg/d. Serum levels of total cholesterol (TCH), TG and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL- CH) were measured by standard enzyme methods. Medication effectiveness was assessed by the reduction in low- density lipoprotein CH (LDL-CH) and TG levels.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In both groups, the medication significantly decreased serum levels of LDL-CH by 34-36,4%, without any substantial inter-group difference. However, lipid-lowering effect in patients with lower baseline TG levels was stronger than in individuals with normal TG concentrations — 27,1% and 12,9%, respectively (p=0,027).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Cholesterol-lowering effect of generic atorvastatin (20 mg/d) was similar in patients with IIa and IIb HL.
