Изучение МЦ инволюционно измененной кожи, в зависимости от типов ее старения.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В исследование были включены 135 пациентов с инволюционными изменениями кожи -женщин в возрасте 35-60 лет (средний возраст 46,3+9,1). Для изучения МЦ использовалась лазерная допплеровская флоуметрия (ЛДФ).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. При сопоставлении данных ЛДФ с визуальным определением типа старения кожи установлено, что преимущественно спастический тип МЦ наблюдался у пациенток с мелкоморщинистым типом среднего старения; изменения в системе МЦ были на уровне артериол и венул: увеличение тонуса артериол и наличие застойных явлений в венулярном звене микроциркуляторного русла (МЦР), что выражается в снижении показателя МЦ (ПМ). Среди пациентов с деформационным типом среднего старения преобладал атонический тип МЦ, при котором изменения в основном наблюдались на уровне артериол и капилляров: снижение тонуса артериол, увеличение объема крови в артериолах и наличие застойных явлений в резистивных и нутритивных сосудах МЦР; ПМ увеличивается почти в 2 раза по сравнению с таковым при мелкоморщинистом типе старения (р&lt;0,01). Третью группу составили пациенты с поздним типом старения, характеризующиеся спастико-застойным типом МЦ. В этой группе изменения наблюдались на всех уровнях МЦР: повышение миогенного тонуса артериол, стаз в капиллярах и в венулярном звене.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. У пациентов с инволюционными изменениями кожи помимо уменьшения влажности кожи, увеличения трансэпидермальной потери воды и снижения эластичности кожи, наблюдается существенное нарушение процессов МЦ, что отражается в различных типах старения кожи.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>According to modern views, microcirculation (MC) disturbances are an obligatory component of most inflammatory, dystrophic and involutive processes affecting skin cell function and structure.</p><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To study MC in ageing skin, according to different ageing types.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The study included 135 patients with involutive skin changes - women aged 35-60 years (mean age 46,3?9,1 years). MC was studied by laser Doppler fiowmetry (LDF).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Comparing LDF and visual skin ageing assessment results, the following associations were observed: spastic MC was typical for small-wrinkle middle ageing type; MC disturbances affected arterioles and venules: increased arteriole tonus and venular stasis resulted in reduced MC index. In patients with deformation middle ageing type, atonic MC affected arterioles and capillaries: decreased arteriole tonus, increased blood volume in arterioles, resistant and nutritive vessel stasis. MC index was twice as high as in small-wrinkle ageing type (p&lt;0,01). Late ageing type was characterised by spastico-congestive MC at all levels: increased myogenic tonus of arterioles, capillary and venular stasis.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
