Дать сравнительную оценку динамики массы тела (МТ), показателей липидного и углеводного обменов у женщин в пременопаузе, в период менопаузального перехода, а также ранней и поздней постменопаузы. Материал и методы. В когортное исследование на условиях добровольного информированного согласия включены 573 женщины в возрасте 36-65 лет. Средняя продолжительность наблюдения – 3,4 года. В работе использованы антропометрические параметры, показатели липидного и углеводного обменов, частота распространения артериальной гипертензии, ишемической болезни сердца, хронической сердечной недостаточности, инфаркта миокарда, острых нарушений мозгового кровообращения. В зависимости от менопаузального статуса пациентки были разделены на 4 группы: I группа (n=104) – женщины, за время наблюдения оставшиеся в пременопаузе, II группа (n=87) – за время наблюдения наступила менопауза, III группа (n=238) – женщины в постменопаузе и IV (n=144) – лица в поздней постменопаузе (&gt; 5 лет). Результаты. Наибольшие средние МТ, окружность талии (ОТ) и их увеличение зарегистрированы во II группе. За время наблюдения значимое увеличение МТ произошло во II и IV группах. Через 3 года отмечено значимое увеличение частоты нарушений углеводного обмена, наиболее выраженное в IV группе. Достоверный рост МТ и ОТ наблюдался во всех группах у лиц с диагностированными новыми случаями нарушений углеводного обмена, медиана составила 2 кг и 2 см за 3 года наблюдения. Заключение. Увеличение МТ и ОТ у женщин в наибольшей степени происходит в период менопаузального перехода. У женщин в климактерии наблюдается высокая распространенность абдоминального ожирения. Повышение частоты нарушений углеводного обмена начинается в менопаузальном переходе, увеличиваясь с возрастом, и ассоциируется с ростом МТ на 2 кг за 3 года наблюдения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim. To compare body weight (BW), lipid and carbohydrate metabolism dynamics in premenopausal, menopausal, and postmenopausal women. Material and methods. This cohort study included 573 volunteers aged 36-55 years. Mean follow-up period was 3,4 years. Anthropometric parameters, lipid and carbohydrate profiles, rates of arterial hypertension, coronary heart disease, chronic heart failure, myocardial infarction, and stroke were analyzed. All participants were divided into four groups: Group I – 104 women remaining in premenopause; Group II – 87 patients with developed menopause; Group III – 238 postmenopausal women; Group IV – 144 individuals in late postmenopause (&gt;5 years).  Results. Maximal mean BW, waist circumference (WC) and their increase were registered in Group II. During the follow-up, significant BW increase was observed in Groups II and IV. Three years alter, carbohydrate metabolism disturbances become significantly more frequent, especially in Group IV. Substantial BW and WC increase was observed in all groups, among participants with newly diagnosed carbohydrate metabolism disturbances; median three-year dynamics was 2 kg and 2 cm, respectively. Conclusion. Maximal BW and WC increase was observed during menopausal transition. In climacteric women, abdominal obesity was highly prevalent.
