Протезирование аортального клапана в настоящее время остается единственно эффективным методом лечения выраженного аортального стеноза (АС), протекающего с тяжелой симптоматикой. Решение о терапевтическом ведении больного принимается в случае либо абсолютных противопоказаний к хирургическому лечению (тяжелые сопутствующие заболевания), либо при отказе больного от оперативного лечения по материальным соображениям или из-за суеверия и психологических особенностей. Возможности медикаментозного лечения в настоящее время ограничены; оно мало влияет как на функциональный класс сердечной недостаточности, так и на летальность. В статье рассмотрены основные группы препаратов, используемых у больных АС.

At present, aortic valve prosthetic surgery remains the only effective therapeutic method in severe aortic stenosis (AS) with aggravated clinical course. Pharmaceutical therapy is used in case of absolute contraindications for the surgery (severe comorbidity), or patient’s refusal (financial reasons, superstitions, psychological traits, etc.). Pharmaceutical therapy potential is rather modest at the moment, in regard to heart failure functional class or lethality. The authors describe the principal drug groups used in AS patients.
