Изучить уровни и распространенность основных факторов риска (ФР) у больных, перенесших острые коронарные синдромы, оценить эффективность мер вторичной профилактики на отдаленном этапе и их соответствие современным рекомендациям за период 2005-2006 гг.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Выполнен одномоментный, ретроспективный анализ медицинских карт 278 пациентов, находившихся на стационарном лечении по поводу инфаркта миокарда (ИМ) в МОКЦ и ФГУ ГНИЦ ПМ; анкетирование и обследование этих больных на отдаленном этапе. Изучали: общую информацию о пациенте, ФР, сопутствующие заболевания, данные инструментально-лабораторных методов диагностики, количество госпитализаций, изменение трудового статуса, проводимое лечение.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Выявлена высокая распространенность ФР на стационарном и отдаленном этапах лечения: индекс массы тела ≥ 25 кг/м2 – у 34,62%, систолическое артериальное давление ≥ 140 мм рт.ст. – у 26,28%, табакокурение – 18,22%, выраженные симптомы депрессии – 19,23%, симптомы тревоги – у 23,42%. Отмечено несоответствие между параметрами частоты сердечных сокращений (ЧСС), показателями липидов, глюкозы крови натощак и их целевыми значениями.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. На отдаленном этапе у больных, перенесших ИМ, имеет место высокая распространенность ФР, мероприятия вторичной профилактики недостаточно эффективны, обнаружено несоответствие между существующими международными и отечественными стандартами профилактики и лечения ССЗ и их реализацией в клинической практике.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To investigate the levels and prevalence of main risk factors (RFs) in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS), to evaluate the long-term effectiveness of secondary prevention and its agreement with Russian and international guidelines (2005-2006).</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. A cross-sectional, retrospective analysis of medical histories was performed for 278 patients, hospitalized at the Moscow Regional Cardiology Centre (Zhukovsky) and State Research Centre for Preventive Medicine (Moscow) with myocardial infarction (MI). A subsequent questionnaire survey and examination of these patients provided the general information and the data on laboratory and instrumental test results, number of hospitalizations, work status dynamics, and current treatment.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Both in-hospital and long-term prevalence of RFs was high: for body mass index (BMI) ≥ 25 kg/m2 – 34,62%, for systolic blood pressure (SBP) ≥140 mm Hg – 26,28%, for smoking – 18,22%, for clinical symptoms of depression and anxiety – 19,23% and 23,42%, respectively. Heart rate (HR), blood lipids, and fasting blood glucose levels were higher than the respective target levels.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
