Изучить эффекты ингибитора ГМГ-КоА-редуктазы аторвастатина у больных с острым коронарным синдромом (ОКС).</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В исследование включены 116 больных с ОКС, распределенных на 2 сравнимые группы (гр.). Общий срок наблюдения за пациентами составил 180±7 дня.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. На фоне 6 мес. наблюдения, пациенты, принимавшие аторвастатин, продемонстрировали лучшую клиническую эффективность лечения, выявлено обратное развитие ремоделирования левого желудочка и рост фракции выброса на 16,5% (р&lt;0,05), улучшились показатели микроциркуляции и эндотелиальной активности. Аторвастатин способствовал снижению частоты и продолжительности ишемических эпизодов, возникновению аритмий сердца. Только пациенты, получавшие аторвастатин, достигли целевых значений общего холестерина, холестерина липопротеидов низкой плотности и достоверной положительной динамики реологических свойств крови и коагуляционного гемостаза. В гр. аторвастатина уровни фактора Виллебранда и С-реактивного белка был ниже на 28,8% (р&lt;0,01) и 60,2% (p&lt;0,001), чем в контрольной гр., соответственно.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Аторвастатин (Аторис) уменьшает эндотелиальную дисфункцию, улучшает перфузию миокарда, параметры центральной и периферической гемодинамики у больных с ОКС, что способствует более благоприятному клиническому течению заболевания.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To study the effects of an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor atorvastatin in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS).</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The study included 116 ACS patients, divided into two comparable groups. Total follow-up time was 180±7 days.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In 6 months of the follow-up, the patients receiving atorvastatin demonstrated better clinical effectiveness, left ventricular hypertrophy regression, ejection fraction increase by 16,5% (р&lt;0,05), improved microcirculation and endothelial function. Atorvastatin was also linked to reduced incidence and duration of ischemic episodes and lower incidence of cardiac arrhythmias. Only the patients receiving atorvastatin achieved target levels of blood lipids and demonstrated significant improvement in blood rheology and coagulation. In the atorvastatin group, the levels of von Willebrand factor and C-reactive protein were by 28,8% (р&lt;0,01) and 60,2% (p&lt;0,001) lower than those in the control group, respectively.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
