Оценить влияние наружной контрпульсации (НКП) на перфузию миокарда левого желудочка (ЛЖ).</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Лечение методом НКП прошли 26 больных с диагнозом ишемиическая болезнь сердца (ИБС): стабильная стенокардия напряжения I-IVФК. Курс лечения - 35 ч для каждого больного, по 1 ч каждая процедура. Всем пациентам до включения в исследование была выполнена однофотонная эмиссионная компьютерная томография миокарда (ОЭКТ) с 99m-Тс-МИБИ по протоколу покой-нагрузка.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. При сравнении результатов ОЭКТ в покое до и после курса НКП выявлено достоверное (p&lt;0,01) уменьшение глубины дефекта перфузии. До лечения площадь дефекта перфузии составила 18,0±13,6 %, после - 17,2±15,7 % (p&gt;0,05), глубина дефекта перфузии - исходно 347,3±282,8 std, после НКП 310±266,0 std (p&lt;0,01). При сравнении результатов ОЭКТ во время нагрузки до и после курса НКП отмечено отсутствие достоверной динамики площади и глубины дефекта перфузии.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Продемонстрировано улучшение кровоснабжения миокарда ЛЖ у больных ИБС на фоне НКП.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To assess the effects of enhanced external counter-pulsation (EECP) on left ventricular (LV) myocardial perfusion.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. In total, 26 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD), stable angina, Functional Class (FC) I-IV, were treated with EECP. Treatment course included 35 one-hour procedures. At baseline and after EECP treatment, all patients underwent 99m-Tc-MIBI scintigraphy (single photon emission computed tomography, SPECT) at rest and during stress test.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. After EECP treatment, perfusion defect severity assessed by SPECT at rest had significantly reduced (p&lt;0,01). Pre- and post-EECP perfusion defect areas were 18,0±13,6 % and 17,2±15,7 %, respectively (p&gt;0,05); pre- and post-EECP perfusion defect severity - 347,3±282,8 and 310±266,0 std, respectively (p&lt;0,01). No significant dynamics of perfusion defect area or severity was observed for stress EECP.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
