Представлены литературные данные о роли Р-адреноблокаторов (Р-АБ), в частности бисопролола, в лечении сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний (ССЗ): ишемическая болезнь сердца, хроническая сердечная недостаточность, артериальная гипертония (АГ), нарушения ритма сердца. Дано краткое описание основных исследований, доказавших способность Р-АБ улучшать прогноз жизни больных ССЗ. Статья содержит описание предварительных результатов собственного, сравнительного исследования клинической эквивалентности оригинального и дженерического бисопролола при лечении АГ с данными фармако-экономического анализа, выявившего большую эффективность оригинального препарата бисопролола при одинаковой их переносимости
