Изучить различия в поражении сердца как органа-мишени при артериальной гипертонии (АГ) с наличием и отсутствием метаболического синдрома (МС) у больных АГ I-III степеней (ст.).</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В исследование включены 303 больных АГ I-III ст. и МС в возрасте 25-70 лет (средний возраст 52±18), 110мужчини 193 женщины. Все больные были разделены на 2 большие группы (А и Б) с наличием и отсутствием МС. Группы были сопоставимы по полу и возрасту. В группах больные были разделены на 3 подгруппы по степени тяжести АГ (I, II, III ст). Всем пациентам было выполнено ультразвуковое исследование сердца. Для анализа диастолической дисфункции левого желудочка (ЛЖ) применяли традиционное допплеровское исследование трансмитрального потока (ТМДП) и потока в легочных венах, а также данные импульсно-волнового тканевого миокардиального допплера (ТМД).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У больных АГ с МС отмечалось повышение массы миокарда ЛЖ и более выраженные признаки ремоделирования ЛЖ уже на ранних стадиях течения заболевания, по сравнению с больными АГ без МС. Метод ТМД позволил выявить ранние нарушения диастолической функции ЛЖ у 85 % больных АГ I ст. и у 88 % II ст., в то время как по данным ТМДП нарушения диастолической функции были выявлены у 33 % больных АГ I ст. и у 44 % больных АГ II ст.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Наличие МС у больных АГ различной ст. тяжести сопровождалось более выраженными нарушениями диастолической функции миокарда ЛЖ и выраженными признаками ремоделирования ЛЖ уже на ранних стадиях заболевания, по сравнению с больными без МС.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim: To study the specifics of heart pathology in patients with Stage I-III arterial hypertension (AH) and present or absent metabolic syndrome (MS).</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods: The study included 303 patients with Stage I-III AH and MS, aged 25-70 years (mean age 52±18 years); 110 men and 193 women. All patients were divided into 2 groups (AH+MS and AH-MS) by MS presence or absence, respectively. The groups were comparable by sex and age distribution. Each group was also divided into three subgroups by AH stage (I-III). Left ventricular (LV) diastolic dysfunction (DD) was assessed by transmitral flow dopplerography (TFD), pulmonary vein dopplerography (PVD), and impulse-wave myocardial tissue dopplerography (MTD).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: In patients with AH and MS, LV myocardial mass increase and LV remodelling were observed at earlier AH stage, comparing to MS-free hypertensive patients. MTD demonstrated early LV diastolic dysfunction in 85 % and 88 % of the Stage I and Stage II AH patients, respectively. For TFD method, these figures were 33 % and 44 %, respectively.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
