Сравнить показатели ригидности стенки общей сонной артерии (ОСА) по данным ультразвукового исследования (УЗИ) у молодых мужчины с артериальной гипертонией (АГ).</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Обследованы молодые мужчины 18-25 лет (средний возраст 22): 25 с нормальным уровнем артериального давления (АД) по данным клинического измерения и суточного мониторирования АД (СМАД), 11 — с АГ белого халата (ГБХ) и 23 — с АГ Анализировали толщину комплекса интимамедиа (КИМ) ОСА в В-режиме, максимальный систолический и минимальный диастолический диаметры в М-режиме, рассчитывали коэффициенты эластичности, растяжимости, эластический модуль Петерсона, модуль Юнга, показатель деформации потока.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У пациентов с АГ отмечено увеличение толщины КИМ, повышение показателей жесткости сосудистой стенки ОСА в сравнении с молодыми мужчинами с нормальным уровнем АД или ГБХ.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. У молодых мужчин с АГ, установленная на основании клинического измерения и СМАД, ассоциируется с признаками ремоделирования и снижения эластичности СА.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To compare the wall rigidity of common carotid artery (CCA), assessed by ultrasound (US), in young men with arterial hypertension (AH).</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The study included young men aged 18-25 years (mean age 22 years): 25 with normal blood pressure (BP) during office visits and 24-hour BP monitoring (BPM), 11 with white coat AH (WCAH), and 23 with AH. Intima-media thickness (IMT) was examined by B-mode US, maximal systolic and minimal diastolic diameters — by M-mode US. Elasticity and dispensability coefficients, Peterson’s elasticity module, Young module, and flow deformation index were calculated.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In AH patients, IMT levels and CCA wall rigidity were higher than in young men with normal BP or WCAH.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
