В статье рассматриваются основные принципы лечения хронической сердечной недостаточности (ХСН) и роль (З-адреноблокаторов (ББ), в первую очередь бисопролола. Обсуждается возможность назначения ББ в качестве начальной терапии ХСН.

 Main principles of chronic heart failure (CHF) management are presented, including the role of beta-adrenoblockers (BB), in particular, bisoprolol. BB potential as initial CHF treatment is discussed.
