Р-адреноблокаторы, без которых в настоящее время нельзя представить себе практически ни один стандарт лечения сердечно-сосудистой патологии, вошли в клиническую практику лишь в последнюю четверть XX века. Небиволол представляет собой высокоселективный Pj-адреноблокатор, обладающий модулирующим действием в отношении высвобождения оксида азота эндотелием сосудов с последующей физиологической вазодилатацией. Небиволол обладает широким спектром клинического применения, включающим ишемическую болезнь сердца, артериальную гипертензию, хроническую сердечную недостаточность, а также за счет своей суперселективности имеет дополнительные возможности использования у пациентов с сахарным диабетом, хроническими бронхообструктивными заболеваниями легких и эректильной дисфункцией.

 

Beta-adrenoblockers, included in any cardiovascular disease treatment standard, became a key part of clinical practice only in late XX century. Nebivolol is a highly selective beta-1 -adrenoiblocker, modulating endothelial NO release and subsequent physiological vasodilatation. Nebivolol has multiple clinical indications, including coronary heart disease, arterial hypertension, and chronic heart failure. Due to its super-selectivity it can also be beneficial in patients with diabetes mellitus, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and erectile dysfunction.
