Дефицит витамина D ассоциируется с нарушением кальциевого обмена, повышением тонуса ренин-ангиотензин-альдостероновой системы, дисфункцией эндотелия, формированием метаболического синдрома. Представленные результаты исследований открывают перспективу применения созданного на основе витамина D нового класса антигипертензивных препаратов. Целью данного обзора стало представление связанных с обменом витамина D в организме человека механизмов развития артериальной гипертензии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Recently obtained data have identified potential mechanisms linking D-endocrine system and blood pressure regulation. Vitamin D deficiency is associated with calcium metabolism disregulation, increased tonus of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system, endothelial dysfunction, and metabolic syndrome development. The evidence presented suggests a possibility for developing a new, vitamin D-derived class of antihypertensive medications.
