В обзоре литературы освещены различные стороны проблемы приверженности лечению применительно к сердечно-сосудистым заболеваниям. Отдельно разбираются причины низкой приверженности, зависящие от врачей и пациентов, делается вывод о перспективности повышения качества обучения всех заинтересованных сторон. Проанализированы результаты зарубежных и крупнейших отечественных работ, в т.ч. исследования РЕЛИФ.

This literature review discusses various aspects of therapy compliance in cardiovascular patients. The clinician and patient-related causes of low compliance are analysed, and potential effectiveness of complex educational approach is emphasised. The results of major national and international studies (e.g., RELIPH Study) are presented.
