В обзоре обсуждаются результаты исследований высокоселективного Р-адреноблокатора бетаксолола у больных ишемической болезнью сердца, артериальной гипертонией, с нарушениями ритма сердца и хронической сердечной недостаточностью. Отдельно разбираются возможные побочные эффекты — метаболические, влияние на бронхиальную проводимость, и экскреция с грудным молоком.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Beta-adrenoreceptor blockers are widely used in the treatment of various cardiovascular diseases. The review discusses the benefits of a highly selective beta-adrenoblocker betaxolol in patients with coronary heart disease, arterial hypertension, cardiac arrhythmias, and chronic heart failure.
