В современной кардиологической практике остается актуальной проблема выбора оптимального антигипертензивного препарата у больных АГ с высоким риском сердечно-сосудистых осложнений. В этой связи заслуживают внимания антагонисты кальция (АК), доказавшие свою эффективность в значительном количестве завершенных, рандомизированных исследований и имеющие широкий спектр клинических ситуаций в пользу их применения. Однако, несмотря на высокую эффективность и безопасность, АК не достаточно широко используются российскими врачами в реальной клинической практике.

The choice of optimal antihypertensive medications in patients with arterial hypertension (AH) and high cardiovascular risk remains one of the important problems in modern cardiology. Calcium antagonists (CA) have demonstrated their effectiveness in various clinical situations, according to numerous randomised clinical trials. However, despite their high effectiveness and safety, CA are still used relatively rarely in the real-world Russian clinical practice.
