Обсуждены особенности фармакокинетики, фармакодинамики, лекарственного взаимодействия высокоселективного β-АБ бисопролола. Приведены данные об эффективности и безопасности его применения при артериальной гипертонии, ишемической болезни сердца, хронической сердечной недостаточности, в т.ч. при наличии сопутствующих заболеваний.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The authors discuss the action mechanisms of β-adrenoblockers (β-AB), as well as pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and drug interaction of a highly selective β-AB bisoprolol.
