До достижения возраста постменопаузы женщины имеют намного меньший риск развития артериальной гипертонии (АГ), чем мужчины того же возраста, однако &gt; 50 лет АГ становится проблемой, прежде всего у женщин, а не у мужчин. В настоящее время большинство исследователей считают заместительную гормональную терапию (ЗГТ) в период пери- и постменопаузы патогенетически обоснованной, т. к. она обеспечивает адаптацию организма женщины к новому метаболическому равновесию после угасания функции яичников. Использование дроспиренона в составе ЗГТ позволяет снизить риск ССЗ у женщин в постменопаузе с климактерическими нарушениями.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The adverse consequences of estrogen deficiency in postmenopause include cardiovascular disease (CVD), which affects not only women’s quality of life, but also their life expectancy. Before premenopause, women have significantly lower risk of arterial hypertension than men of the same age. However, in people aged over 50, AH is more prevalent among women. Currently, most experts regard hormone replacement therapy (HRT) in peri- and postmenopausal women as pathogenetic, since it facilitates the adaptation of the female organism to the new metabolic state, with reduced ovarian function.
