Эти стенты демонстрируют хорошие клинические результаты, высокую эффек­тивность и безопасность. Несмотря на снижение случаев рестеноза при их применении, процент небла­гоприятных коронарных событий остался на прежнем уровне, т. е. достоверно не отличается от стандар­тных металлических стентов. Однако для больных с поражением артерий малого диаметра, с рестенозом после баллонной ангиопластики или стентирования, у больных сахарным диабетом, у пациентов с протяженными поражениями коронарных артерий, они могут успешно применяться. Рассматриваются работы по сравнению различных СВЛ, вопросы антитромбоцитарного лечения и ведения больных после ЧКВ. Особое внимание уделено новому стенту, покрытому эверолимусом, показавшему свои преимущества перед другими СВЛ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Introducing drug-eluting stents (DES) is an important achievement in interventional cardiology. These stents have demonstrated good clinical results, effectiveness and safety. Despite the decrease in restenosis incidence, the incidence of adverse coronary events remained the same as for standard metal stents. However, DES could be successfully used in patients with small artery disease, restenosis after balloon angioplasty or stenting, with diabetes mellitus, or disseminated coronary atherosclerosis. The studies comparing various DES are analysed. Anti-platelet therapy and patients’ management after percutaneous coronary intervention are also discussed.
