На основе результатов многоцентровых, рандомизированных исследований показана целесообразность применения антигипертензивных препаратов, обладающих благоприятным метаболическим профилем, и, в частности, блокаторов медленных кальциевых каналов, ингибиторов ангиотензин-превращающего фермента и селективных агонистов имидазолиновых рецепторов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This review summarizes the literature evidence on humoral disturbances in arterial hypertension (AH), as well as on AH interrelationship with individual components of metabolic syndrome (MS).
