Изучить влияние занятий на силовых и циклических тренажерах на состояние больных гипертонической болезнью (ГБ) II стадии (стд.). Материал и методы. У 40 пациентов в возрасте 45–55 лет с основным диагнозом ГБ II стд. проводили физическую реабилитацию с включением физических тренировок (ФТ) на силовых тренажерах: в контрольной группе (ГК) после подъема груза рабочие мышцы полностью расслаблялись и груз быстро опускался; в основной (экспериментальной) группе (ЭГ) больные, подняв груз, расслабляли рабочие мышцы не полностью и опускали груз медленнее, что приводило к большему образованию лактата и появлению боли в мышцах. Использовались следующие методы исследования: эргоспирометрия, объемная компрессионная осциллометрия и силовые тесты. Результаты. Нормализация артериального давления (АД), повышение сократительной способности миокарда и общей работоспособности – в ЭГ были более выраженными (р&lt;0,05), т.к. максимальные нервно-мышечные напряжения являются наибольшим стимулом для активизации выброса в кровь гормонов во время и после тренировки. Заключение. Применение в комплексе циклических и силовых тренажеров оказывает существенный эффект у больных ГБ II стд.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim. To assess the effects of the multiple-set resistance exercise on the functional status of patients with Stage II essential arterial hypertension (EAH). Material and methods. In total, 40 patients with Stage II EAH, aged 45-55 years, took part in the physical rehabilitation programme, including exercise training on the resistance exercise machine. In the control group, weight lifting was followed by the complete relaxation of involved muscle groups and, therefore, a fast weight lowering. In the main group, the muscle relaxation after weight lifting was only partial, with a slower weight lowering, which resulted in increased lactate production and muscle ache. Ergospirometry, volumetric compression oscillometry, and resistance tests were used. Results. Blood pressure normalization, myocardial contractility increase, and exercise capacity improvement were more pronounced in the main group (p&lt;0,05), as a greater extent of neuromuscular strain stimulates the hormone production both during and after the exercise session. Conclusion.
