Представлены основания для принятия решения в сложных и нестандартных клинических ситуациях: нарушенная функция почек, пожилой возраст, смена препарата гепарина в процессе лечения, необычная масса тела, когда для обеспечения наилучшего соотношения эффективности и безопасности может потребоваться изменение стандартного подхода к применению препарата.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review analyses the specifics of enoxaparin therapy in the most prevalent cardiovascular diseases, such as acute coronary syndrome, venous thromboembolism, and atrial fibrillation.
