Асколонг в дозе 12,5 мг при его трансмукозном поступлении из полости рта в системное кровообращение практически не оказывает отрицательного действия на слизистую оболочку желудочно-кишечного тракта, являющегося основной причиной отказа больных от лечения многими пероральными формами АСК. Асколонг обладает таким же антиагрегантным действием, как и современный кишечнорастворимый препарат АСК ТромбоАСС, содержащий в 8 раз большую, чем асколонг дозу АСК и оказывающий раздражающее действие на слизистую оболочку гастродуоденальной зоны у 40% больных.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A new, produced in Russia, form of acetylsalicylic acid (ASA), Askolong, could substantially improve patients’ compliance to long-term anti-aggregant therapy. Oral Askolong (12,5 mg) is absorbed via oral mucosa and does not cause gastrointestinal adverse effects, which are the main reason for treatment discontinuation in patients prescribed most oral ASA forms. Askolong demonstrates anti-aggregant effects similar to those for intestinally absorbed ASC medication ThromboASS.
