Приводятся данные клинических и экспериментальных исследований, подтверждающие эффективность и утверждающие необходимость применения этого класса средств у больных с СН. Уделяется внимание особенностям дозирования β-АБ и их применения в различных ситуациях.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper discusses key aspects of the chronic heart failure (CHF) pathogenesis, which justify the use of β-adrenoblockers (β-AB) in the treatment of CHF. The authors present the clinical and experimental evidence confirming the effectiveness of these agents in CHF patients.
