Разработать, апробировать и оценить эффективность программы многофакторной профилактики сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний (ССЗ) на рабочем месте (рм). Материал и методы. В техническом НИИ с численностью работников 523 чел. реализован полный комплекс технологий профилактики ССЗ, включающий профилактическое обследование, профилактическое вмешательство и мониторинг клинической эффективности. Профилактическое обследование включало комплекс методик, направленных на оценку ССЗ и их факторов риска (ФР) (отклик 89,5 %). Профилактическое вмешательство разработанное на основе потребности в профилактике ФР, реализовано в группе вмешательства (ГПВ), в группу сравнения (ГС) работников включали методом “случай-контроль”. При анализе клинической эффективности оценили динамику уровней артериального давления (АД), общего холестерина крови (ОХС), психоэмоциональных ФР и сердечно-сосудистого риска (ССР) по шкале SCORE. Результаты. Профилактическое обследование выявило высокую распространенность артериальной гипертонии (АГ), метаболических и психоэмоциональных ФР на рм, что сочеталось с высокой готовностью к коррекции ФР. В результате профилактического вмешательства получено достоверное снижение систолического артериального давления (САД) на 9 мм рт.ст. и диастолического (ДАД) АД на 9,7 мм рт. ст., ОХС на 0,7 ммоль/л, а также отмечена тенденция к снижению ССР по шкале SCORE с 3,8 % до 3,0 %. Заключение. Реализации цикла технологий профилактики ССЗ на рм сопровождается значительным клиническим эффектом, достигаемым в течение 12 мес.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim. To develop, test and evaluate the workplace (wp) programme of multifactorial prevention of cardiovascular disease (CVD). Material and methods. In a technical research institute, with 523 employees, a complex programme of CVD prevention was introduced, including preventive examination, preventive intervention, and clinical effectiveness monitoring. Preventive examination included complex assessment of CVD and CVD risk factors (RFs) (response rate 89,5 %). Preventive intervention, developed with consideration of CVD prevention demand, was performed in the intervention group (IG). The control group (CG) was formed according to “case-control” principle. In clinical effectiveness analysis, the dynamics of blood pressure (BP), total cholesterol (TC), psycho-emotional RFs, and SCORE-calculated CVD risk was assessed. Results. Preventive examination demonstrated high prevalence of arterial hypertension (AH), metabolic and psycho-emotional RFs at wp, together with high interest in RF correction. Preventive intervention resulted in a significant reduction in systolic BP (SBP) — by 9 mm Hg, in diastolic BP (DBP) — by 9,7 mm Hg, in TC — by 0,7 mmol/l, and also in SCORE-calculated CVD risk — from 3,8 % to 3,0 %. Conclusion.
