При этом недостаточная экскреция почками поваренной соли (ПС), генетически обусловленная или приобретенная (болезни, старение, ожирение и др.), является центральным механизмом патогенеза АГ. Развитие АГ необходимо рассматривать как компенсаторную реакцию, направленную на увеличение экскреции почками ПС и нормализацию объема гомеостаза и циркулирующей крови.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Over the last few decades, vast evidence has emerged, confirming polygenic hereditary nature of arterial hypertension (AH). Reduced renal salt excretion, genetic or acquired due to diseases, ageing, obesity, or other factors, is a key mechanism in AH pathogenesis.
