Пери-операционное повреждение миокарда является осложнением эндоваскулярной реваскуляризации коронарных артерий. Это осложнение существенно отягощает оперативный и жизненный прогнозы прооперированных пациентов. Нагрузочная доза аторвастатина оказывает протективный эффект, что позволяет значительно уменьшить процент периоперационного повреждения миокарда и, следовательно, улучшить прогноз пациентов. В статье представлен анализ исследований, посвященных влиянию нагрузочной дозы аторвастатина на периоперационное повреждение миокарда у пациентов со стабильной ишемической болезнью сердца.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim was to assess the effect of a single atorvastatin loading dose on reducing the frequency of perioperative myocardial damage. Perioperative myocardial damage is a complication of endovascular revascularization of the coronary arteries. This complication significantly aggravates the operative and life prognosis of the patients. Atorvastatin loading dose has a protective effect, which can significantly reduce the percentage of perioperative myocardial damage and therefore improve the patient’s prognosis.
