Изучить взаимосвязи между показателями липидного спектра и глюкозы крови у мужчин с ишемической болезнью сердца (ИБС), стабильной стенокардией напряжения (ССН), метаболическим синдромом (МС) и сахарным диабетом 2 типа (СД-2).</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Обследованы 82 пациента (мужчины, средний возраст – 50,5±0,9 г.) с ИБС, ССН I–III функционального класса (ФК), МС и СД-2, у которых изучены показатели липидного спектра: общий холестерин (ОХС), триглицериды (ТГ), ХС липопротеинов низкой плотности (ЛНП), ХС липопротеинов очень низкой плотно-ти (ЛОНП), ХС липопротеинов высокой плотности (ЛВП), коэффициент атерогенности (КА), триглицеридный коэффициент (КТ) и глюкозы крови натощак.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Выявлены положительные (прямые) взаимосвязи между вариантами, &gt;90 перцентилями липидного спектра: ОХС, ТГ, ХС ЛНП, ХС ЛОНП, ХС ЛВП, КА, КТ, и соответствующими уровнями глюкозы, между ≤10 перцентилями ОХС, ТГ, ХС ЛНП, ХС ЛОНП, КА, КТ и ≤10 перцентилями глюкозы; отрицательные (реципрокные) взаимосвязи обнаружены между ≤10 перцентилями липидов крови: ОХС, ТГ, ХС ЛНП, ХС ЛОНП, ХС ЛВП, КА, КТ, и &gt;90 перцентилями глюкозы; между &gt;90 перцентилями липидов крови: ОХС, ТГ, ХС ЛНП, ХС ЛОНП, ХС ЛВП, КА, КТ, и ≤10 перцентилями глюкозы.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. ДЛП синергично с гипергликемией обеспечивает проатерогенное состояние организма у пациентов с ИБС, ССН, МС и СД-2. Выявлены достоверные гетерогенные (прямые и реципрокные) взаимосвязи между показателями липидного спектра и глюкозой крови натощак. Полученные результаты позволяют определить степень риска и прогноз у пациентов с сочетанной сердечно-сосу-истой патологией и служат показанием для соответствующей медикаментозной коррекции и профилактики. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To study the associations between blood lipid profile and blood glucose levels in men with coronary heart disease (CHD), stable effort angina (SEA), metabolic syndrome (MS), and Type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM-2).</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The study included 82 men (mean age 50,5±0,9 years) with CHD, Functional Class I–III SEA, MS, and DM-2. The following lipid profile parameters were assessed: total cholesterol (TCH), triglycerides (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL–CH), very low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (VLDL–CH), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL–CH), atherogenic index (AI), and triglyceride index (TGI), together with fasting blood glucose.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. There were positive (direct) associations between higher levels (&gt;90th percentile) of lipid profile parameters (TCH, TG, LDL–CH, VLDL– CH, HDL–CH, AI, TGI) and blood glucose, as well as between lower levels (≤10th percentile) of lipid profile parameters (TCH, TG, LDL–CH, VLDL– CH, AI, TGI) and blood glucose. At the same time, there were negative (inverse) associations between lower lipid levels (≤10th percentile of TCH, TG, LDL–CH, VLDL–CH, HDL–CH, AI, TGI) and higher glucose levels (&gt;90th percentile), as well as between higher lipid levels (&gt;90th percentile of TCH, TG, LDL–CH, VLDL–CH, HDL–CH, AI, TGI) and lower glucose levels (≤10th percentile).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Dyslipidemia and hyperglycemia demonstrate synergetic proatherogenic effects in patients with CHD, SEA, MS, and DM-2, as suggested by significant heterogeneous (direct and inverse) associations between lipid profile parameters and fasting blood glucose.
