Сведения о выживаемости больных ХТЭЛГ достаточно противоречивы, и в первую очередь они обусловлены доступностью лечения. На территории РФ крайне мало специализированных экспертных центров, где имеется большой опыт в выполнении тромбэндартерэктомий и баллонных ангиопластик легочных артерий. В то же время специфическая медикаментозная терапия до недавнего времени была недоступна для большинства пациентов ввиду высокой стоимо­сти. Представленный клинический случай демонстрирует современ­ные возможности лечения неоперабельных пациентов с резидуальной ХТЭЛГ методом радиочастотной аблации легочных артерий. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Improving the methods of diagnosis, therapy and surgical treatment of chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) provides a complete cure in most cases. Data on the survival of CTELH patients is contradictory, and primarily due to the treatment availability. In Russian Federation there are few experienced centers performing thromboendarterectomy and balloon pulmonary angioplasty. Until recently, specific drug therapy was not available for most patients because of its high cost.
