Выявлен низкий уровень приверженности у большинства пациентов с АГ, что диктует необходимость принятия дополнительных решений, связанных с недостаточной приверженностью. В настоящем обзоре описаны факторы, влияющие на уровень приверженности, способы ее оценки и проанализированы методы повышения приверженности лечению пациентов с АГ. Обращается внимание на отсутствие публикаций, описывающих эффективность методов повышения приверженности пациентов с АГ в долгосрочной перспективе (&gt;2 лет). При достаточно широкой изученности приверженности лекарственной терапии, исследования, оценивающие приверженность модификации образа жизни и медицинскому сопровождению единичны. В обзоре также описан малоизученный способ индивидуализированного подхода, заключающийся в выборе схемы терапии, основанной на уровнях приверженности лекарственной терапии, медицинскому сопровождению и модификации образа жизни пациента.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>High medical adherence is a prerequisite for achieving goals in the treatment of hypertension (HTN). The majority of patients with HTN showed low adherence to treatment, which requires finding ways to solve this problem. This review describes the factors influencing adherence, ways of its assessment, and analyzes methods of increasing medical adherence in hypertensive patients. Noteworthy is the lack of publications describing the effectiveness of methods for increasing long-term (&gt;2 years) adherence in hypertensive patients.
