На основании результатов многочисленных исследований обозначена роль маркеров нарушения фильтрационной и тубулоинтерстициальной функций почек и допплерографического исследования почечных артерий в диагностике гипертонической нефропатии. Проведен поиск взаимосвязей между лабораторными критериями поражения почек и показателями дуплексного сканирования почечных артерий при артериальной гипертензии. Сделан вывод о значимости выявления нарушений внутрипочечной гемодинамики в ранней диагностике гипертонической нефропатии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review analyzes modern criteria for early diagnosis of renal damage in hypertensive patients. Based on numerous studies, the role of impaired renal function markers and renal artery Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of hypertensive nephropathy is indicated. A search was made for the relationship between laboratory criteria for kidney damage and renal Doppler ultrasound characteristics in hypertensive patients.
