Повреждение ЭГК является одним из первых патогенетических механизмов развития различных патологий, и в первую очередь сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. В настоящей статье представлены данные о строении, функционировании ЭГК в норме и патологии, а также о возможности использования ЭГК в качестве потенциального сосудистого биомаркера, терапевтической мишени.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Endothelium glycocalyx (EG) is a highly organized protecting complex of the vessels. Damage of EG is one of the first pathogenetic mechanisms of a range of pathologies onset, and primarily cardiovascular diseases.
